I wish more companies and businesses would give employment opportunity to those with disabilities so that they can experience these benefits for themselves. These benefits would make a world of difference for many businesses. With the commitment many of those with disabilities show as well as the listed assets, more local businesses might even be able to stay in business longer. How can we spread the word? Are there specific success stories that can be shared?
