I really appreciate the work the job coaches do. I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn this as I have two dear friends involved in this work and they have brought to my attention how the process works. Not only do appreciate their hard work and flexibility in training individuals with disabilities, I especially appreciate companies who not only hire but seek to hire those with disabilities. Those individuals are an asset that proves to the community that all people can and should work. Many of them also have special smiles and a sweet willingness (although perhaps not everyday) to help customers. Persons with disabilities bring a necessary addition to companies and if I am aware that they work at a store I am often more apt to purposely shop there. :)
