Dan is the President of Stand Up Inc. He has worked for fifteen years in Supported Employment, beginning in 2001.
Kelly received her BA from Longwood University and serves as the Executive Director of Stand Up, Inc. She has worked in the supportive employment field since 2001.

Paige graduated from Concord University with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2015. She is originally from McDowell County, West Virginia but moved to Tazewell Virginia soon after she graduated college to find better employment. She is now a Regional Supervisor for the Southwest Virginia Area.
Radonna graduated in 2003 with dual associate degrees in Business Administration and General Studies. Before coming to Stand Up, Radonna was an administrative assistant at Kroger for 3 years.
Len came to us from Central Virginia Community Services. There he saw the need for meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities.
Ashley is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and American University. Before she came to Stand Up she taught English in South Korea for a year.
Lauren received her degree in Psychology from Winthrop University. Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Lauren moved to Lynchburg this year looking for new experiences.
Hello! My first job was a loan processor at SECU after graduating from Meredith College with a B.S. in Business in 2001.
Prior to working for Stand Up Inc. I had been working at Church Street Bridal for about 3 years; a non-profit organization which funds women and children who have been subjected to domestic violence and sexual assault.
John is from Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business Management. He spent 15 years with non-profit organizations mostly in affordable housing.
Before becoming an Employment Specialist, I worked as a store manager for Olympia Sports. Our store closed down at the end of March which ultimately led to me searching for a job. I came across Stand Up and fell in love with what this company stands for.
Hello, John Williams here. I am a Lynchburg native and Graduate of Lynchburg College with a BA in Religious Studies and a minor in Human Services, I also received an associates from Central Virginia Community College in Education. I am a true believer in all forms of education and I view learning as an adventure.
Before coming to Stand Up, I lived in South Carolina and worked two jobs, as a hostess at Longhorn and an After School Educator! I moved to Virginia for school and needed a job. I wanted something somewhat within the profession that I am studying which is mental health counseling.
