Dan H. Reichard IIIPresident / Co-Owner

Dan is the President of Stand Up Inc. He has worked for fifteen years in Supported Employment, beginning in 2001.

Kelly ReichardExecutive Director/Co-Owner

Kelly received her BA from Longwood University and serves as the Executive Director of Stand Up, Inc. She has worked in the supportive employment field since 2001.

Paige BoardwineRegional Supervisor/SW VA

Paige graduated from Concord University with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2015. She is originally from McDowell County, West Virginia but moved to Tazewell Virginia soon after she graduated college to find better employment. She is now a Regional Supervisor for the Southwest Virginia Area.

Katelyn Archer Regional Medicaid Manager/Central VA

Katelyn has worked for Stand Up since 2017 and has supported a variety of our service areas. Katelyn came to Stand Up with a diverse background in customer service and management roles. She now oversees Medicaid Waiver services in the Lynchburg, VA area.

Radonna JohnsonExecutive Assistant

Radonna graduated in 2003 with dual associate degrees in Business Administration and General Studies.  Before coming to Stand Up, Radonna was an administrative assistant at Kroger for 3 years.
