Dan is the President of Stand Up Inc. He has worked for fifteen years in Supported Employment, beginning in 2001.

Paige graduated from Concord University with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2015. She is originally from McDowell County, West Virginia but moved to Tazewell Virginia soon after she graduated college to find better employment. She is now a Regional Supervisor for the Southwest Virginia Area.
Lauren received her degree in Psychology from Winthrop University. Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Lauren moved to Lynchburg in 2015 looking for new experiences.
Radonna graduated in 2003 with dual associate degrees in Business Administration and General Studies. Before coming to Stand Up, Radonna was an administrative assistant at Kroger for 3 years.
Len came to us from Central Virginia Community Services. There he saw the need for meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities.
Ashley is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and American University. Before she came to Stand Up she taught English in South Korea for a year.

Before becoming an Skills Trainer, she worked as a store manager for Olympia Sports. Her store closed down which led her to search for a job. She came across Stand Up and fell in love with what this company stands for.
Before coming to Stand Up, I lived in South Carolina and worked two jobs, as a hostess at Longhorn and an After School Educator! I moved to Virginia for school and needed a job. I wanted something somewhat within the profession that I am studying which is mental health counseling.

Autumn is a Skills Trainer with Stand Up's Southwest Virginia team. Her passion to help those with various disabilities started as a young child. The favorite part of her job is seeing her clients succeed in areas that they never thought possible.
Dereck's favorite part of working with Stand Up is all of the great individuals he has the pleasure of working with as coworkers and customers. Dereck chose to work in this field, because of the affiliation Stand Up had with his last employer and their commitment to working with the Special Needs community.
Lynsie Russ received Bachelors degrees in Public History and Anthropology, with concentrations in Museum Studies and Archaeology, from Longwood University in 2013.
At the age of 15, her parents began sponsoring individuals with disabilities in their home, and Lynsie quickly developed a passion for advocating and empowering those whose voices are often not heard.
Tara is a full-time student studying American Sign Language and Social Work/Human Services. She’ll graduate with her Bachelor’s in May 2019 and begin her Master’s level the following fall.
Tara's end goal is to work with the Deaf community, specifically Deaf children that are stuck in foster care.
